At the recent Employer Engagement Day, the African Leadership University honoured AmaliTech as one of their outstanding employer partners.
The recognition was not for a single gesture. It was for three consecutive cohorts of the AmaliTech Apprenticeship Programme (Rwanda), and a sustained commitment to recruiting ALU students into a structured, hands-on pathway into the global tech industry. The fourth cohort is already under way.
What makes this partnership meaningful is not the award. It is what it represents: two organisations that believe the best way to develop the next generation of African leaders is to give them real work, real mentorship, and real stakes from day one.
That alignment does not happen by accident. It is built cohort after cohort, through consistency and a genuine belief in the people coming through the door.
We are proud of what we have built with ALU, and even more excited about where it is headed.
