framework of the N.C.S.R. It was then included in the Services Provision Laboratories of the General Secretariat of Research and Technology. Its activities span the areas of planning, development and operation of telecommunication services, the internet and multimedia services, with the identity of e-services such as e-learning, e-education, e-psychology, e-inclusion, e-government, e-culture, e-commerce, e-business, e-procurement, e-testing, portals, CD-ROM etc. The laboratory is fully equipped in both hardware and software standards with powerful network, computer, multimedia and communications infrastructures, as well as with modern and advanced programs that support and cover the needs of the laboratory's activities. The laboratory's workforce is specialized in the design, development and operation of the communications, networks and multimedia as well as in their electronic services (e-services) and covers the entire educational spectrum level (researchers, doctors, MSc and support technicians).
