We have a client interested in bringing a new account to Guatemala in the technology security industry. This would be Work from Home and you must have your own computer equipment and internet connection.

To help us close this opportunity, we are looking for resumes to share that meet the following requirements:

-At least 1 year of previous experience with a technical support background and troubleshooting
-Any previous experience with Zendesk or similar CRM
-Any previous experience with IP Cameras, Network Video Recorders, Video Management Systems
-A Current Certification in either CompTIA A+, CCENT, Google IT Support Professional (nice to have)

Language abilities: Spanish & English B1 or higher
Additional Languages: Spanish, English & French (Trilingual pay provided)
