Triple J Technologies Provides Service Update Amid COR1
As Guam is placed in Condition of Readiness 1 (COR1) due to the impact of Super Typhoon Sinlaku, Triple J Technologies is providing an update on the status of its mobility and energy services to help keep the community informed.
Stroll Ride-Sharing Operations
Stroll will remain online with select drivers continuing to operate where conditions allow. Service availability may be limited based on safety and road conditions. Some drivers are equipped with satellite-backed communications, allowing connectivity even in the event of telecom disruptions.
FlowEV Charging Network
The FlowEV charging network is also expected to remain largely operational during this time. Many charging locations are configured to operate on backup generator power. Systems are supported by hardened communications infrastructure in partnership with IT&E. Triple J continues to coordinate closely with the Guam Power Authority (GPA) to address any issues that may arise at charging sites.
Triple J Technologies remains committed to supporting our island through severe weather conditions by maintaining critical mobility and energy infrastructure wherever it is safe and possible to do so.

* Use services cautiously and only when conditions permit
