Every year, we organize various activities, such as our annual campfire and different types of community services to inspire thus ignite our Rangers' creativity, leadership skills and their grow in self-reliance so as foster their ability in helping others and gain self-confidence; that not only can form a basis for their personal growth, but will also undeniably make a profound difference in their lives as it enrichens.

營火之始，火勢不大，卻充滿期盼、活力。而友誼如柴，能使火燒得更旺，風雨來襲，則化風為火，化雨為煙。人若失去朋友，活體仍在，靈魂已滅。珍惜朋友，火之所燃，因柴之所在。

人，必有抉擇之時，如營火，偶爾燒著鄰近之物，必需面對，不能逃避。火種需滅，抉擇需定。無須躊躇，堅決爽手，一生人流流長，年輕時錯亦何妨？經一事，長一智，莫重蹈覆轍則善。
