Ice Rebus will be part of two major local events, with two different ways to experience the company, the technology, and the story behind it.

On September 4, we’ll be at the 6th Festival at Amfiteatar Žnjan, starting from 6 PM. Ice Rebus is a partner of this year’s festival, and our team and machine will be there throughout the event. Then, on September 10–11, we’ll be at Innovate Split 2026 at .park.split.

Our Founder & CEO, Marsel Čuljak, will take the stage with the talk “From Machine Builder to Intelligence Company”, sharing how Ice Rebus evolved from manufacturing machines into a global network of connected assets, software, and operational intelligence.

It’s also a chance to see the technology in person, meet the team, ask questions, and explore the business behind Ice Rebus.

Srđan Mateta works closely with new customers from around the world, guiding them through Ice Rebus and helping them understand which solution best fits their goals.

What he enjoys most is the international side of the role: discovering new markets, hearing different ideas, and seeing how the same product can respond to very different needs.

One of his highlights so far was joining the Ice Rebus team at The Forecourt Show in Birmingham, where he helped prepare the exhibition stand and presented the company and product directly to visitors.

He joined Ice Rebus because he saw the potential and wanted to grow alongside it.

Outside of work, Srđan trains Brazilian jiu-jitsu and creates video content for his club.

His advice to anyone starting out?
“Don’t wait for an opportunity to come to you. Start creating one for yourself.”

One of our original CRO 450-21 machines was replaced today after 15 years of continuous operation.

A new-generation Ice Rebus machine has taken its place, carrying everything we’ve learned through years of engineering, technology, and hands-on experience in the field.

The original CRO 450-21? She’s moving, not retiring.

Still fully operational, she’ll continue at a new location as part of the network managed directly by Ice Rebus.

15 years of history, with plenty more ahead.

A few years ago, Marija was studying and working in Graz, Austria. Today, she works with partners from around the world, helping them find the right Ice Rebus solution for their business.

Her move to Split happened almost spontaneously. Shortly after joining Ice Rebus, she was already representing the company at an international trade fair in Italy.

"I remember sitting at dinner and thinking about how much my life had changed in just one month."

Today, she supports customers throughout the entire sales process, helping them understand their options, answer their questions, and find the business model that best fits their goals.

Outside of work, she loves travelling, discovering new places, and embracing new experiences, something that has shaped both her career and the way she approaches every new partnership.
