For decades it worked like this:
A company looked at your age, your job and where you live, put you in a box and set a price. Good enough, but far from perfect.
Machine learning now scans huge amounts of data in seconds. This is how it works for our clients:
1. You file an insurance claim in an app
2. A chatbot asks what happened
3. It gets approved in minutes
People still handle the tricky cases, but the routine work is minimised.
Any business that still sorts customers into boxes by hand is sitting on the same opportunity, and the same risk. Because AI that catches fraud is also being used to commit it.
