K-Mobile menyediakan layanan beli ditempat ataupun kirim2 melalui jasa JNE yang pembayarannya dilakukan melalui transfer ke rekening K-Mobile. dan ongkos kirim ditanggung oleh teman2 semua.. oh iya, K-Mobile juga tidak melayani jasa rekber ya guys, males ribetnya...

K-Mobile tidak memberikan GARANSI apapun terhadap hand phone BNIB dan BNOB serta Hand Phone Second yang masih berada dalam masa Garansi dr pihak Importir.. claim garansi di ajukan langsung kepada pihak Importir Hand Phone masing masing (SEIN, Sellular Shop, Trikomsel, TAM, dan lain sebagainya).. K-Mobile memberikan Garansi toko berupa GARANSI SERVICE selama 1 MINGGU terhitung sejak tanggal pembelian.. Garansi hanya diberikan KHUSUS untuk hand phone second yang sudah berada di luar dr masa garansi Importir,

Garansi yang di berikan oleh K-Mobile adalah hanya Garansi layanan service dan tidak termasuk dari biaya spare parts (bila ada),
dan perlu di ingat oleh teman teman semua bahwa TIDAK ADA GARANSI REPLACE BARANG DARI K-Mobile..
