Dataops looking for Database Solutioneer. This position is responsible for all aspects of the design, development and delivery of data and database solutions.
Other responsibilities include:
- Design, develop and deliver / implement data solutions to include: architecture design, prototyping of concepts to proof of concept, development of standards, design and development of test plans, code and module design, development and testing, data solution debugging, design and implementation of a solution that follows efficient design techniques and development that meets and exceeds the intent of the design of the data solution.
- Effectively manage day-to-day tasks / activities in coordination with a team of developers/clients to effectively meet the deliverable and schedule of a data solution component within a larger application project.
- Lend support to various business and technology teams as necessary during design, development and delivery to ensure solid, scalable, robust solutions.
- Support and maintain data and database systems to meet business delivery specifications and needs.
- Occasionally deliver presentations in Bahasa Indonesia about database solutions & all the features involved
- Regularly deliver talks/discussions for MySQL open source community in Indonesia
Requirements :
- Minimum D3 certification in Computer/Information engineering
- Possess skills in a few open source database technology(MySQL, MongoDB, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, SQLite, etc)
- Able to speak, read & write in english
- Willing to invest time & lots of effort to become Subject Matter Expert & achieve excellence in open source databases & Devops automation
- Open minded & Willing to work harder than hard in a startup environment
Technical skills :
1. Been working with MySQL and/or Oracle on Linux at least 2 year (mandatory)
2. Preferably to have experience in programming PHP/Python/Perl (at least one)
3. Have enough knowledge to do troubleshooting on Linux
4. Understand the basic concept of the internal workings of database engine
Communication skills :
1. Bahasa indonesia & English
