Over the years, our commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and transformation has built a stronger business foundation and strengthened our company groundwork, enabling PT Murni to become more agile, scalable, and responsive to evolving market opportunities.
Today, this foundation is accelerating our next phase of growth as we expand from banking to multiple industries, from Indonesia to global markets, and from primarily serving large corporations to enabling businesses of all sizes, including SMEs, supported by an expanding portfolio of multi-industry, SaaS, and global-ready solutions.
This is the spirit behind this year’s theme, “34, Stronger than Before.”
Our direction remains clear. We continue our transformation into a Digital Business Transformation Enabler, helping businesses across industries turn technology, automation, digitalization, and self-service tools into tangible and intangible business outcomes. Our objective goes beyond improving productivity and operational efficiency. We aim to help our clients solve their business pain points, enhance customer experience, acquire and retain customers, achieve their current and future business objectives, and ultimately grow revenue and profitability.

Beyond conventional outright purchase, we continue to develop more flexible and accessible business models, including Managed Service and SaaS, enabling businesses of all sizes, including SMEs, to adopt technology according to their operational needs, investment priorities, and growth strategies.
Building upon more than three decades of experience in banking, we are now expanding across more than 20 vertical markets. Our growing portfolio includes Digital Retail Solutions (Digital Poster and Digital Retail Display for Price & Promotion), Digital F&B Solutions (Self-service Ordering Kiosk and Digital Menu Board), Hospitality Solutions (Self-service Check-in and Check-out Kiosk), Healthcare Solutions (Outpatient Flow Management), and many more innovations designed to address evolving needs and improve business performance across industries.
As our solutions become increasingly scalable and global-ready, our ambition extends beyond Indonesia.
