The scope of work of www.digitalkode.com on one of its clients in developing Apps
1. Pra-Development, which
consisting of:
(i) Impact Analysis to
Existing Codebase;
(ii) impact Analysis to
Existing Database;
(iii) Requirement and Data
Analysis; and
(iv) Codebase Updates and
Improvements for
Scalability.
2. Development, which consisting of:
(i) S&OP Tools is a forecasting tools, which will be integrated with ROFO Module where the interface will be more or less similar to ROFO
Module as well, which
consisting of:
- Baseline Creation, maintained by SKU, Channel, Account;
- Promo Calendar, maintained by activity, Brand/BGR/SKU which being impacted, in what channel and how much the adjustment; and Forecasting Process, IMS Forecasting by SKU, Channel, supported with Baseline & Adjustment based on Promo Plan maintained in Promo Calendar.
(ii) Complaint Management Tools has similar concept and logic to common platform Helpdesk, being
a platform for customer raise a complaint, get a transparency of the
problem solution, submit some evidences (picture or document), track its progress and generate
report.
(iii) CMO Module, which
consisting of:
- Weekly Order Phasing Development.
(iv) Reporting, which consisting of:
- ROFO Champion Development;
- Order Tracking Development, which helps customers to track their order in daily basis;
- CMO Compliance Development; and
- Service Level Development.
(v) Visual, which consisting of:
- Home Screen Revamp Development; and
- Product Packshot Development.
3. User Acceptance Test (UAT) and
Deployment,
(i) UAT and Revisions; and
(ii) Implementation, the process
of system setup, integration and
deployment performed by the
Provider
Digitalkode will submit a blue print (workflow / URD diagram of the User's business process created for implementing the Application), database, and application usage manual to its clients. www.digitalkode.com
