A busy week at Wood Communications with the first delivery of over 20km of fibre optic cable arriving from our partners at Corning Optical Communications.

This is the first of three deliveries supporting a major data centre project in Leinster, helping provide the fibre infrastructure needed to keep large scale connectivity projects moving.

Behind every project like this is a lot of coordination, planning, stock availability, trusted supplier relationships, and a team that understands what needs to happen on site.

A great evening in the Phoenix Park last week for the annual Staff Relay Series! 🏃‍♂️

After enjoying last year’s event so much, Wood Communications were delighted to be back again for another evening of teamwork, movement and a bit of craic.

A big well done to Derek Finlay and the rest of the relay team for putting in a brilliant performance and helping make it such a great evening.

It was a fantastic atmosphere and a lovely reminder of how good it is to get out of the office, get moving and connect outside the usual workday.

We would highly recommend the Staff Relay to other companies. It’s a brilliant annual event for boosting wellbeing, team spirit and connection outside the usual workday.
