Our app for Bigg Boss 6 was put to bed on January 12th 2013, when the season ended. We hope to be back with BB7 next year. The app had 200,000 downloads and achieved a 3.96 rating. The negative results were overwhelmingly to do with the live stream from the Bigg Boss house (beyond our control) which initially had problems with its audio feed, and then needed better production team input, but by the end was getting a lot of positive reaction. There are also challenges with some ISPs in India enabling access to the streaming video format supported by Android, but I dare say these are the kind of teething problems you would expect from an innovation in a place like India. Such issues did seem to fade during the three month run, so maybe the ISPs were getting on the case. Let's hope so. We expect to return with another app for a Big TV Show in India within the next few months...
