As long as you can still access internet many tasks can be carried out remotely, including tune-ups, slow boot, virus/malware removal and lots of other issues. So now your machines won't even have to leave your house! Perfect for
urgent repairs when downtime is not an option. And you can even watch it being carried out from the luxury of your own home/business. The program that I use issues a temporary password which changes every time you run it so access is only granted when you are there to let me in. After the job is complete the remote-access software is uninstalled from the client's machine. Flexible arrangements, late evening/night time whatever suits the client! Sessions are from 1-2 hours with a minimum of 1 hour. If specific task is completed in less than 1 hour then the rest of that hour would be used improving performance of the machine.
