🚨 We’re Hiring – IT Support Engineer (Level 1/2) 🚨
Location: Cork / County Cork
Type: Full-Time (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm)
DCE IT Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, customer-focused IT Support Engineer to join our team.
This is a hands-on Level 1/2 role where you’ll be the first point of contact for technical support, working across Windows environments, Microsoft 365, networking, and user management. Ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, learning on the job, and taking ownership of day-to-day IT operations.
🔧 What you’ll be working with:
• Windows OS & Microsoft 365
• Active Directory / Azure AD
• Hardware, software & basic networking
• User support (onsite & remote)
🎯 What we’re looking for:
• 1–3 years’ experience in an IT support / helpdesk role
• Strong troubleshooting & communication skills
• A positive, customer-first attitude
• Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
