ChatGPT has 200 million weekly users.
A growing number of them are using it to find local services. Accountants. Solicitors. Tradespeople. Restaurants. Clinics.
When someone types "best restaurant in Dublin" or "accountant for small business Cork" into ChatGPT or Gemini, the AI does not search Google. It pulls from content it has already indexed and understood.
If your website is not structured in a way the AI can read, you simply do not exist in that answer.
Here is what AI-readable actually means in practice:
Your page headings should answer real questions people ask, not just describe your services in vague terms like "Our Offering" or "What We Do."
Your content should include clear, specific language about who you serve, where you serve them, and what problems you solve. Not marketing language. Plain language.
Your site should load fast, have a clear structure, and use schema markup, a layer of code that tells search engines and AI tools exactly what your business is and does.
None of this requires a full redesign. Most of it is structural work that can be done on top of an existing site.
If you want to know whether your site meets any of these criteria, send us a message and we will take a look.
