🌍✨ Successful Mobility in Catania, Italy! ✨🌍
From July 27th to August 2nd, our group took part in an inspiring Project-Based Learning & AI Training programme in Catania. The week combined cultural immersion with cutting-edge training — and the results were fantastic!
📌 Highlights of the programme:
✔️ Hiking Mount Etna to explore geology, science, and history firsthand 🌋
✔️ Designing CLIL and PBL lessons based on real experiences, making learning more engaging for students 🧑🏫
✔️ Workshops on AI in education — exploring how tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, and accessibility tech can support creativity, inclusion, and personalized learning 🤖
✔️ An Underground Catania Tour to discover the city’s hidden Roman and medieval layers, inspiring innovative teaching projects 🏛️
✔️ Daily English language activities focused on practical communication, scientific vocabulary, and interactive discussions 💬
🎓 By the end of the week, participants presented their own mini-lessons and projects, combining cultural experiences with modern teaching strategies. Certificates were awarded to celebrate their achievements.
🌟 This mobility was a success because it blended cultural discovery, professional training, and real-world applications. Participants left with new skills, fresh ideas, and practical tools to bring back to their classrooms — proving once again how Erasmus+ enriches both personal and professional growth.
