We’ll it does for Farm.One - they love plants and plantbased food so much, that they decided to figure out how to grow rare plants from around the world, in the middle of the Big Apple, all year-round. This way they can serve chefs in New York City with delicious plants at all time of the year - and all of us living in or visiting NYC can enjoy the chefs amazing plant based food 🌱🙌🏻😆
