It’s hard to believe it’s been nearly 4 months since we joined forces with the Dundalk Chamber at the Spirit Store for A Masterclass in Leadership.

Congrats and best of luck to our now former intern, Gbemi Arubi, on his big move to Burton Albion FC! ⚽️

Gbemi has been absolutely brilliant for Dundalk FC this season, banging in goals left, right, and centre at Oriel Park. While his quality on the pitch speaks for itself, he was just as much of a powerhouse around the ZOMA office, bringing endless energy and a fantastic personality to the team every day.

We’re going to miss having him around the office (and on the pitch!), but we couldn’t be prouder to see him take this next big step in his career.

Go smash it in League One, Gbemi! 👊

For the past 6 months, Dundalk FC’s star striker Gbemi Arubi has been interning inside ZOMA HQ, learning firsthand that elite athletic standards and marketing agency life are cut from the same cloth.

🏐❌ We thought we were just heading down to The Rum House yesterday to shoot some clean, high-end hospitality content. Instead, we ended up having to deploy our Head of Marketing, Pete into full referee mode just to keep Ross and Ricky from tearing the place apart.

It is never a dull moment working with the Rum House team. A long-term partnership built on energy and collaboration, even if it means stepping in as a match official every now and then to keep production on track.

One big question remains though, who won the throw up?

While everyone is buzzing for the massive All-Ireland Semi-Final clash this weekend, we’re incredibly proud to finally share a project that has been months in the making behind the scenes. We were absolutely delighted to design the official wall artwork for the Senior player area and high-performance gym at the Cullen Autoparts Louth GAA Training Centre in Darver late last year.

This was a massive project close to our hearts, where we worked closely with the Louth senior management team, Gavin Devlin, Peter Dooley, and Chairperson Sean McClean and Barry Cullen over a number of months last year to bring the vision to life. It’s been unreal to see the finished artwork featured heavily across the national media over the last week, picking up coverage in the Irish Times, Irish Independent, Irish Examiner, Irish Daily Mail, and The Irish News.

A massive thank you to Gavin, Peter, and everyone at Louth GAA for trusting us with the hub of the senior squad, and a huge shoutout to our brilliant printing partners, Crafty Owl Productions Owl Productions, for delivering flawless print and installation on the walls.

Best of luck to the lads in Croke Park this weekend. An Lú Abú! 🦅🔴⚪

We are absolutely thrilled to share a massive project that the ZOMA team has been working on behind the scenes. We have partnered with Carlow County Council, Carlow Tourism, and the County Carlow Chamber to design the official brand and logo for ‘Grá Carlow’! ❤️🧡

Last Wednesday, the project officially came to life as the new identity was unveiled before more than 100 business leaders, community representatives, and key stakeholders at a special Business Gathering in Enterprise House.

When we sat down to build this identity, we knew it couldn’t just be a standard corporate logo. It needed to be authentic, eye-catching, and deeply rooted in the local community. To bring it to life, our design team drew direct inspiration from the county itself, seamlessly weaving iconic Carlow landmarks and heritage into the very fabric of the brand assets.

This is easily one of the most positive and important initiatives taking place in Carlow right now, designed to celebrate and elevate everything that makes the county special. We are incredibly proud to have shaped the brand identity for such a brilliant initiative.

🌎 Our Head of Marketing, Peter, and Ads & Automation Specialist, Felipe, hit the road this week to attend Enterprise Ireland’s Digital Marketing Strategies for International Markets seminar down at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Limerick.

The event focused heavily on a mission that hits close to home for us: helping Irish enterprises scale their digital presence in a strategic, impactful way to unlock new opportunities in global markets. At ZOMA, a significant portion of our client base consists of Enterprise Ireland companies. We are incredibly passionate about being marketing partners of some of Ireland’s most groundbreaking industrial, manufacturing and engineering firms.

These businesses are incredibly forward-thinking, yet their digital presence and brand visibility often don’t match the caliber of their operations. We bridge that gap. Our core purpose is to give companies an unfair advantage by transforming their global reach through exceptional branding, sharp communications, and advanced digital strategies that drive international expansion.

👨🏼‍🎨🎨 We thought it might be a nice gesture to give our team a small break last Friday and host a Brush Hour where our team was required to paint the person opposite them. Sorted with top tier lunch from Paul and the team at .ie prior to the event, our hopes were high. As you can imagine, within minutes this descended into an absolute farce.

You’d think that running a creative agency packed with professional designers would give us a slight advantage. You would be wrong. We had particularly high hopes for our design team, Pete, we’re looking at you, but it turns out that photoshop skills does not translate to canvas.

Thankfully, the team has thick skin, little to no offense was taken, and the “portraits” have now found a permanent home, hung proudly along our staircase, serving as a daily reminder that some of us should strictly stick to laptops.

If you’ve stepped into ZOMA HQ recently, you’ve definitely noticed the new addition to our reception desk. 🏎️💨

Meet the custom, 3D-printed ZOMA F1 car, built entirely on the brand-new 2026 regulations and aerodynamic chassis designs.

The mastermind behind this incredible piece of engineering? Our former intern, Shane Morris. Shane took the wheel on this project during his time with us, meticulously printing, assembling, and detailing the car from scratch.

He didn’t just stop at the ZOMA branding, either. Look closely at the livery and you’ll spot the logos of some of our major clients riding shotgun on the side pods.

It gets asked about by almost every visitor who walks through our doors, and it stands as a brilliant reminder of the incredible young talent we get to collaborate with here at the agency.

Massive shoutout to Shane for leaving such a creative mark on our office space! 🙌
