It was a pleasure to be part of another meaningful event hosted by KYSS: Kinsale Your Support Services, in celebration of World Mental Health Day at the Saile Sports & Community Centre. A powerful day dedicated to raising awareness, spreading hope, and highlighting the vital role mental health plays in our community.

KYSS: “Together, we’re building a future where mental health is supported, understood, and valued.”

It was wonderful to meet the young people of our community to discuss technology, raise awareness about cyberbullying, and highlight the important dos and don’ts of staying safe online.
