⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "After cleaning out my laptop, it wouldn’t boot, so I gave Creative IT a call. They were the only repair shop in Mullingar that actually picked up the phone, which already made a great first impression! I was told to bring the laptop in the next day, which I did.

I spoke with Jamie (I think at least), who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I explained all the troubleshooting steps I’d already tried, and he took notes as I spoke. We had a great chat about the repair process, and he clearly explained what they’d do at each stage. I dropped the laptop in over Christmas, so there was a small delay getting it back, totally understandable for that time of year. The lads kept up great communication throughout and were always professional and friendly.

Overall, I’d absolutely recommend Creative IT. Excellent service, genuine people, and clear communication. Exactly what you want when trusting someone with your tech."
