A customer contacted me this week to see if I would take a look at his Zappi EV Charger. It was showing the error code 2417 after a power surge and this indicates a fault with one of the charging relays. The faulty relays’ contacts were stuck open and would not close when energised. A new relay was fitted and once reinstalled the charger is now working again 👍🏻
