When I'm onboarding Google Ads clients looking for lead gen this is the tool we use to estimate performance. It's a really handy Google Ads ROI calculator.
Tips:
1. Think about a budget. Is it a set amount for test or is it a percentage of turnover to help you expand or get started.
2. Input your Google Ads agency management fee in there.
3. Look at your keyword planner in Google Ads or a competitive research tool to estimate the cost per click.
4. Look at your landing page in Google Analytics, your key event sign up rate.
5. Have a good look at your previous conversations. How many people that get in touch decide to go with your service. If 10 call do 5 become customers? Work that out.
6. Think of your man services you want to advertise and how much a customer might pay you.
