**Is Your Website Ready for AI Search?**
AI Search Isn't Replacing SEO... It's Rewarding Good SEO

It was a pleasure to speak at the County Kildare Chamber this week on a topic that's generating a lot of questions from businesses: AI Search. Thank you to everyone who attended, it made for a fantastic session with plenty of discussion and some excellent questions. The discussion covered how AI Search differs from traditional search, why SEO still matters, and the practical steps every business can take to improve their online visibility.

If AI doesn't know you exist, it can't recommend you. Whether someone is searching on Google, ChatGPT or another AI-powered search tool, visibility still depends on having useful, trustworthy information that can be found and understood. A huge thank you to everyone at the County Kildare Chamber for the invitation, to Chair Maureen McCowen from for the warm welcome, to everyone who attended for the fantastic questions and feedback, and to Andy Davies from Celtic Photography for capturing some great photos from the event.

If there was one message I wanted everyone to take away from the session, it was this: Technology changes every few years. Helping businesses get found online never goes out of fashion. AI Search is simply the next chapter.

We recently completed the brand identity and corporate guidelines for Shelley Interiors, a considered evolution of a name with a strong legacy. Shelley Interiors are a Kildare based interiors company specialising in bespoke cabinetry and commercial interior solutions. With more than 20 years of experience, they have built a reputation for meticulous craft, intelligent detailing, and projects that stand the test of time.

Working alongside Keith and the team was a genuinely enjoyable process. Their openness, commitment to quality, and trust in our approach allowed us to reframe the brand with clarity and intention. Shifting away from a logo that has represented a business for years is never simple. It requires confidence in the future and respect for what has come before. This project carried both.

The resulting identity is a decisive step forward. The name now leads the composition with greater presence, while the original leaf reference has been reinterpreted into a cleaner, more architectural graphic element. It maintains recognition, but with a sharper, more contemporary voice.
