Fresh prototype update ❄️💉

Now the REAL design process starts 😄
No more guessing dimensions from random photos and internet specs.

We finally have:
✅ the actual PolarVault cooler
✅ a real insulin vial
✅ real wipe packets
✅ physical fit testing

Current phase:

test fitting
revisions
ergonomics
real-world usability

FDM prints are only for fast prototype testing and fit checks before the final resin version 👀

From CAD → prototype → adjustments → final resin print.

Designed specifically to organise and separate 3ml insulin vials during travel while reducing movement inside the cooler.

Features:
• custom-fit vial channels
• drainage holes for condensation 💧
• dedicated wipe storage area 🩹
• smooth premium resin finish
• custom branded design

This one is being prototyped in high-detail resin for a much cleaner and smoother finish than standard FDM printing.

Designed as detailed display pieces that actually look GOOD sitting on a desk, shelf, gaming setup, office, pub counter or living room cabinet 👌

That’s the direction I want to push more this year — local landmarks turned into clean, stylish display pieces instead of generic tourist tat 😄

And honestly… there’s probably a LOT more around Youghal that would make class decor pieces 👀

So I’m curious:

Każdy detal malowany ręcznie — cienkie pędzelki, masa cierpliwości i godziny dłubania nad każdą sztuką 😅

To nie jest szybki temat — samo malowanie to dwucyfrowe godziny, a druk jeszcze więcej (wszystko żywica, wysoki detal).
.ani nie jest to „robota na sprzedaż”.

Powstaje tylko kilka sztuk — dla konkretnych osób. Ani jednej więcej.

Maj za rogiem, rocznica też więc trzeba to domknąć, spakowac, zabezpieczyc i ruszać w droge do 🇵🇱 👮🫡 gdzie postaram się je osobiście dostarczyć w miejsca gdzie bedą stały!

Kto wie, ten wie… a kto nie wie, to już raczej się nie dowie 😉 "Jest jak jest" - jak mawia ziomek 💪

Aaaa wlasnie - bo pytacie o wymiary żeby ogarnać sobie do tego "kapsułe"/gablotke - pasi idealnie do 9*9*9 cala czyli powiedzmy okolo 225*225*225mm. Na życzenie mogę zrobić i wydrukować pod konkretny wymiar boxa -listwe na LED.
