Key Responsibilities:

Be part of a strong development team for an AI solution in the retailTech
Design and implement highly scalable systems and algorithms
Design and develop test cases and implement automated test suites (CI/CD)

Required Skills:

Experience working with Python
Experience with stream processing, messaging semantics, scheduling algorithms, and distributed systems fundamentals, Kafka, Druid or related technologies
Comfortable with Linux and bash environment
Experience with containers and virtualization concepts, Docker & Kubernetes clusters, preferably using helm charts
Experience with common cloud providers and services (AWS, Azure or similar)
Configuration management tools (Ansible or similar)
Experience with Monitoring and metrics visualization tools (Prometheus, Kibana, Grafana or similar)

Desired Skills:

Savvy on modern security design principles, threats & preventive implementations
Understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3

Own features end to end, from design through development, to deployment
Debug and maintain CYou's legacy systems and infrastructure
Requirements:
4 or more years of hands-on backend development
Experience working on large scale production systems, preferably cloud based
Experience with containerization technologies (docker) and orchestration technologies (docker-compose, Kubernetes)
Experience designing and implementing distributed systems, using distributed messaging queues (Kafka)
Experience with Python and Java/ JavaScript

Advantages:
Experience with NoSql databases, especially Elasticsearch and Redis
Self-lerner and ambitious
