Reshetcall, a cloud contact center technology provider based in Matam, Haifa, is looking for a Junior Customer Support Representative (Student) to join our growing support team and handle technical issues raised by customers.
Responsibilities
● Handle customer’s technical issues by phone, email and chat
● Lead trainings for end-users, set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with connectivity issues
● Rapidly establish good working relationships with colleagues and customers
Requirements
● Able to take evening, night and weekend shifts
● Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
● High atteṇtion to d̦etails
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Hebrew and English (other languages are a plus)
● Work experience in helpdesk departments or technical support for software products is a plus
● Knowledge in telecom technologies, information systems and call center applications is a plus
● Knowledge of computer, networks, server and security software and hardware (TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP, Firewalls and etc) is a plus
