Reshetcall, a cloud contact center technology provider based in Matam, Haifa, is looking for a Junior Customer Support Representative (Student) to join our growing support team and handle technical issues raised by customers.

Responsibilities

● Handle customer’s technical issues by phone, email and chat
● Lead trainings for end-users, set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with connectivity issues
● Rapidly establish good working relationships with colleagues and customers

Requirements

● Able to take evening, night and weekend shifts
● Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
● High atteṇtion to d̦etails
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Hebrew and English (other languages are a plus)
● Work experience in helpdesk departments or technical support for software products is a plus
● Knowledge in telecom technologies, information systems and call center applications is a plus
● Knowledge of computer, networks, server and security software and hardware (TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP, Firewalls and etc) is a plus

Responsibilities
Record day-to-day financial transactions.
Reconcile bank and credit cards accounts.
Invoice and charge customers and keep communication with them regarding their balances and payments.
Make bank payments to our suppliers in time.
Make payments and send reports to governmental authorities.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
Handle other administrative and office management tasks.

Requirements
Relevant education (university degree or professional courses) is a must.
2+ years of proven bookkeeping experience is a must.
2+ years of experience in international companies.
Proven experience in working with multi-currency environment.
Priority software user skills is a must.
Advanced MS Excel skills.
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Hebrew and English.
Strong in-person, phone and written customer communication skills.
Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and prioritise workload.

Must-have

- 3+ years of experience in large-scale helpdesk departments or customer support for complex software products.
- Excellent customer-oriented individual, strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Having the ability to research, diagnose and resolve technical issues while paying high atteṇtion to d̦etails.
- Experience in handling customer issues and crises in a production environment.
- Experience in working with international customers.
- Independent, responsible result driven team player.
- The ability to work under pressure, meet deadline and prioritise workload.
- Capable of defining and maintaining test procedures, test plans and bug tracking.
- Strong computer systems, networks and security knowledge.
- Proficient in Windows, Mac, and Linux.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Hebrew and English (other languages are a plus).

Advantages

- Knowledge in VoIP technology / systems and software for office and call center usage.
- Experience in managing high profile accounts / customers.

- Network Firewalls and connectivity Troubleshooting.
- Knowledge in HTML/CSS;
- Relational Databases (such as PostgreSQL and MySQL)

Responsibilities

- Handle customers’ technical issues;
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
- Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system.
- Support the roll-out of new versions of a product including QA testing.
- Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
- Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs.
- Work continuously on a task until completion.
- Prioritise and manage a bunch of open cases at one time.
- Rapidly establish good working relationships with customers, support team and software developers.
- It may also be necessary to travel to our international clients (to the USA and Europe) and work on-site several times a year.
