Today, we had the pleasure of hosting another engaging roundtable session with our customers, centered on - CYBERcom’s Managed Security Service, powered by Palo Alto Networks Cortex XSIAM.
Jeki Angel, our VP of IT and Managed Services, alongside May Abarbanel, CYBERcom’s MDR Manager, explored today’s threat landscape, presented real-world attack scenarios, and discussed critical lessons learned from hands-on experience.
The conversation naturally led to the day-to-day challenges SOC teams face: alert fatigue, complexity, and limited resources - and how automation, AI-driven analytics, and unified visibility are reshaping modern detection and response.
What stood out most was the openness of the discussion and the practical insights exchanged. This is exactly how meaningful security strategies are built, collaboratively, based on real experience.
