Today, we had the pleasure of hosting a joint customer event at the Microsoft Reactor Tel Aviv together with our amazing partners Microsoft and Elastic.

The session focused on one of the most exciting shifts we’re seeing in the AI space: the evolution from RAG architectures to intelligent agents - and how organizations can operationalize AI responsibly and at scale.

We explored Azure AI Foundry and how it enables teams to design, deploy, and manage AI applications.

We discussed the transition from Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to AI agents - what changes architecturally, operationally, and strategically.

We demonstrated how to monitor Azure AI Foundry using Elastic - including observability for prompts, responses, token consumption, performance, and billing visibility.

We shared practical insights on controlling AI costs, improving reliability, and ensuring production-grade governance.

A big thank you to the presenters from DEX, Microsoft, and Elastic for sharing real-world experience and actionable best practices - and to all the customers who joined, asked thoughtful questions, and contributed to a great discussion.

The move from RAG to agents is more than a technical upgrade - it’s a mindset shift. And with the right monitoring and visibility in place, organizations can innovate confidently while keeping performance and cost under control.
