🎄 In the UK, colleagues partnered with Age Connects Cardiff & the Vale, creating festive gift bags for older individuals who may be isolated or struggling during the holidays. Our Promise Tree turned generosity into decorations!
🎁 In Poland, we joined the Szlachetna Paczka initiative, supporting a mother and her two children during a challenging time, proving that even small acts of kindness can make a big difference.
✋ In Latvia, Gatis Kaleinis, VP and Head of IPELS, joined the nationwide Dod Pieci! (“High Five”) charity campaign to help children with neurological movement disorders access vital rehabilitation.
🍰 In Lithuania, our traditional Cake Day donations funded celebrations for elderly residents in a local care home, creating moments of joy and connection.

We kicked things off with a lively drumming circle, got inspired in a painting workshop, played a fun Speed Date game to discover the people behind the roles, and enjoyed plenty of great food along the way.

We invited our teams to dream big and create impact through 10 CSR initiatives for 10 years.
From supporting children’s education and medical care to helping animal shelters and autism care homes, every idea came from the heart.
We even helped make a dream come true for a young boy from Kielce - donating funds for his new bike and collecting teddy bears for children in hospitals.

Together, we turned compassion into action.

For the first time, Sapiens Gurgaon joined the tradition of Utsav - our annual celebration of culture, connection, and community!

Our team and their families spent the day enjoying music, dance, games, and plenty of laughter. From dazzling performances to soulful singing, the stage was alive with talent and enthusiasm.
We also recognized some of our outstanding employees for their exceptional contributions, making the day even more special.

A big thank you to everyone who made this possible. Utsav isn’t just a celebration-it’s proof that when we come together, amazing things happen (and yes, some serious dance moves too!).

The InnovAIte Hackathon! Teams brainstormed, coded, and came up with ideas so good… we can’t share them all (trust us, they’re brilliant 🤫).
But we can tell you this: Life Planner took the crown as our winning team! 🏆Congratulations to Karin Angel, Adi Lachman, Hadar Alon, and Pawel Frydrych for their amazing work.
