Measurement of optical beam position with SpotOn
Alignment of optical beam angle with respect to a mechanical datum with Angle Meter
Simultaneous measurements of both position and angle with AlignMeter. LaserOn , the alignment laser, completes the beam positioning and alignment line. The Power Meters are multi channel computer interface power meters covering the UV range through the IR range. The Machine Vision line features a powerful Video Microscope rivaling the most sophisticated microscopes measuring capabilities from 0.35um and up to a few mm with built-in calibrated measuring software. This allows measurements of biological, real time MEMS, electronic chips and other state of the art applications. The Low Light Camera offers sensitivity down to 0.001 Lux, which is unprecedented for digital cameras.
