We are hiring a Senior Brand & Marketing Designer to join the team and see how they can make a lasting impact through design.
What You'll Be Doing
• Art direct global Enterprise/B2B/Corporate campaigns, local campaigns, and various marketing projects with a team of our talented designers, copywriters, and motion artists.
• Create with your friends in Marketing, Product, Event, Web, and PR to develop a full range of ideas and assets for product launches and events.
• Make everything real through final production.
What We Need To See
• 4+ years of proven experience working with established brands, building or extending design systems, and/or campaigns, collaborating with senior executive-level leadership teams
• A BFA, BS, or MFA in Graphic Design or equivalent field is required, or equivalent experience. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office: (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Docs, and tracking your work in job tracking tools).
• An outstanding portfolio of creative and branding work for campaigns, collateral, infographics, content marketing, social media, and events
• Experience in guiding 3D artists, motion graphics artists, and video teams in the creation of creative marketing assets
• Demonstration of the fundamental principles of graphic design for brand, layout, typography, video, photography, and 3D.
• Proficiency in the application of brand guidelines to campaigns and events, especially for large B2B companies. Evidence of how you seek out and evangelize the latest creative and design industry trends and technologies, and embrace change
• Ownership of creative thinking of web, print, social, event, and video projects, and ability to work in a non-linear, agile manner.
• A love for technology; passion to understand hi-tech products from the inside out. You live in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Extensive experience and knowledge of technical and traditional art processes and production pipelines.
• Great communication skills working and managing design projects with your team members.
Bring your advantage:
• Animative skills in programs such as Cinema4D, Blender, Maya, or After Effects - A plus!
• Hands-on skills in illustration, infographics, photography, and storyboarding - a plus!
• Presentation skills and public speaking experience – A plus!
