Marketman is looking for a customer support representative!
We are a cloud-based SaaS for the food & beverage hospitality industry, automating back-of-house operations with direct impact on efficiency and profitability.
Our product is managed and developed in Israel, and our headquarter is based in NYC, with a client base spread globally.
And we are looking for a technical support to join our great team!
requirements:
At least one year experience of customer service, Technical Support Engineer or similar role.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew & English- MUST!
