What do you actually do?
I write viral LinkedIn posts and ask everyone to like, share and comment.
But seriously - I love writing and the fact that I can utilize it in my professional life is part of why I love my job.

What’s your favorite part of the job?
That no two hiring processes are the same. Each new opening is a new challenge and I love creating tailor-made processes that best fit each one of our hiring managers.

If you weren’t a Talent Acquisition Specialist, what would you be?
Well I tried being a lawyer but that didn’t really work for me… I think I’m done with professional pivots for now. 🙂

What book or podcast inspired you?
I love the podcast ״שיר אחד״, which tells the story of one Israeli song in each episode. I find it very inspiring.

What’s a work tip you want to share?
Starting the day by walking around the office, wishing everyone “good morning” and seeing friendly faces before I get to my emails and tasks. It helps start the day with a smile.

What do you actually do?
I work directly with Roundforest’s partners in business; whether that be large marketplaces, individual sellers or other individuals/groups we are working with. My job is to maintain these relationships and create new ones where interesting business opportunities lie. On a day-to-day basis, I am either speaking to people or crunching the numbers.

What’s your favorite part of the job?
I actually really enjoy the product-aspect of the job. My ridiculously talented teammates built a platform for our partners to use and helping to improve this product, based on my conversations with our users, is really fulfilling. Even in my short time at the company I can see the effect my contribution has had on building and shaping the platform.

If you weren’t a Partnerships Manager, what would you be?
A professional football player.

What book or podcast inspired you?
Out of the Depths by Rabbi Lau is the most inspiring book I’ve ever read by far. I am currently making my way through the Diary of a CEO podcasts and am really enjoying them, the episode with Mo Gawdat in particular is brilliant.

What’s a work tip you want to share?
Always aim to have breakfast in the office. It’s a great way to start the day and gets you in the office a little bit earlier than you planned to.

What do you actually do?
I bring the outside world in. I surface the voice of the user, crunch it with data and provide insights to Product & Marketing Managers. If they use my insights when making product decisions, that means I’ve done it right.

What’s your favorite part of the job?
In the user insights field, we call it “combining art and science”. That’s when during analysis, I realize that users' answers in surveys or interviews and their actual behavior while using our product, are completely aligned. That’s a Eureka moment.

If you weren’t a Market Research Manager, what would you be?
Emily in Paris.

What book or podcast inspired you?
I do books and podcasts mostly for fun and less for work.The Grimm Sister by Galei Tzahal is my favorite podcast; they talk about all things myths, popular western literature, movies, and pop culture.

What’s a work tip you want to share?
Can't believe I'm that person, but I found that a standing desk makes you so much more focused! (and healthier, sure)
