Mini-Circuits’ PWR-9RMS-RC is a high-performance and cost-effective RMS power sensor for measurement of average power levels in a diverse range of test applications. The sensor operates from 50 to 9000 MHz, detecting input signals as high as +20 dBm and all the way down to -60 dBm. The compact package includes a removable rubberized outer case for protection and portability, N-type RF input connector, integrated screen, SMB trigger input / output options and Ethernet / USB control.
The included measurement software for Windows walks the user through the power sensor settings, displays the current measurements and provides powerful data recording and export capabilities. A full API for Windows is also provided, with programming instructions and examples for Windows and Linux systems to set up automated power measurements in a range of common programming environments. Full control is available via Ethernet and USB, with the integrated screen providing a convenient local read-out to the operator of power measurements and key settings.

Mini-Circuits’ ZXF90A-3-34X+ is a wideband active frequency multiplier, converting input frequencies from 6 to 12 GHz into output frequencies from 18 to 36 GHz. Its wide output range makes this model suitable for broadband systems, as well as a wide variety of narrow-band applications. The ZXF90A-3-34X+ utilizes MCLs’ own GaAs HBT LVA-273PN-D+ MMIC amplifier to drive MCLs’ own GaAs HBT CY3-453-D+ frequency tripler. The fundamental, 2nd and 3rd harmonics are suppressed further through use of MCLs’ integrated reflectionless filters, XLF-962-DG+ & XHF-1832-DG+. The ultra-low additive phase noise of the LVA-273PN-D+ (-167 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz Offset) makes this a great LO driver, or source for chipset testing.

Mini-Circuits’ LFCV-1800-75+ is a miniature low-temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) 75Ω low pass filter with a 10 to 1800 MHz passband that supports a variety of applications. This model provides 1.5 dB maximum insertion loss over a wide band, due to its rugged monolithic construction. Housed in a small 1210 ceramic form factor with excellent passband return loss of 15 dB typical, this filter is ideal for CATV and Broadband Fiber Network applications. The LTCC fabrication process assures minimal RF performance variation, while delivering a product that is well-suited for environmental extremes of high humidity and temperature.

Mini-Circuits’ ZK-MSP2TA-18 is an ultra-reliable electro-mechanical SPDT switch operating over a wide bandwidth from DC to 18 GHz with high isolation and low insertion loss. The switch is absorptive and fail-safe with a break before make configuration and lifetime of 5 million switching cycles when used within the noted specifications. All RF connections (SMA female) are conveniently grouped together on the front of the switch.
Simple control via TTL voltage levels allows integration with a wide range of microcontroller, embedded or custom systems without the additional complexity of USB or Ethernet control from a PC. The TTL control input and +24V DC supply connections are accessed through a single 3-pin PCB header connector on the rear of the switch. An LED indicator is also included on the rear of the package to give a convenient visual read out of the current switch state. An LED light-pipe connector allows the indicator to be routed to wherever it is needed when the switch is integrated into a final product.

Operating over a frequency range of 700 to 2700 MHz, the outstanding phase and amplitude unbalance make this component a versatile building block for use in a variety of systems and sub-system designs from balanced amplifiers and antenna feeds to military applications and more. The splitter is fabricated using laminated PCB process (1.8 x 0.4 x 0.19”) and includes wrap-around terminations for good solderability and easy visual inspection.
