Everyone is talking about Agentforce and Data Cloud, but the examples are all for Fortune 500s. Here is how SMBs can actually deploy AI agents today.

The big consulting firms want you to think you need a 7-figure data cleanup project before you can even think about AI. That's true if you're trying to build an omniscient global model. But if you just want to solve specific operational bottlenecks? It's much simpler.

Start small:
1. Pick one high-volume, low-complexity workflow (like initial lead routing or Tier 1 service triage).
2. Unify only the data points required for that specific task in Data Cloud.
3. Deploy an agent with strict, narrow guardrails.

You don't need perfect data everywhere. You just need perfect data for the specific job the agent is doing. That's the SMB path to AI value.
