Practice makes man perfect 😇
We have always heard that while growing but now experiencing that everyday. Persistence is key for any success - Be it personal or professional.. Here is example of last four weekend. Four weekend - four sweet century of 108 km on cycling 🚴🏿‍♀️ from starting average speed of around 23.5 km per hour & today almost 28 km per hour & finishing 108 km under 4 hours 🥰🙏🏻

What is the Goal for 2024 !

To follow my passion, I’ve tried to select one adventurous goal every year. Last year, my wife and I scaled the Everest Base Camp (EBC). This year, my younger son Nandish Shah & I have decided to finish the “Escape to Alcatraz” Olympic Triathlon in San Franscisco, USA.

Today, we are exactly a month away from the event. Now that we’ve set our goal and approach, we are putting in the disciplined efforts (cardio, strength, swimming training) to prepare ourselves for the big day.

આ છે પુસ્તક વિમોચન પ્રસંગની તસવીરો.

કોઈ એક પ્રસંગમાં સ્વાસ્થ્ય અને તંદુરુસ્તીનાં વિવિધ ગુરુઓ એક મંચપર હોય એવું પણ પહેલી વખત બન્યું. સ્વિમિંગ ગુરુ શ્રી કમલેશ નાણાવટી, આયરન મેન ગુરુ ઈનગીત આનંદ, માઉન્ટેનર ગુરુ ડૉ સુરભિ લેઉવા અને યોગ ગુરુ શ્રીમતિ કોમલ શાહ.

અને આવા સ્વાસ્થ્ય સબંધી પ્રસંગમાં આનંદ અને મોજ મજા પણ છૂટી ના જાય એટલે મેં પણ હોળી પ્રસંગે હાસ્યના ફુવારા ચાલુ રાખ્યા. લોકો ભીંજાતા ગયા અને ગુરુઓ પણ આ ફુવારાથી બચી શક્યા નહીં.
