India provides professionals but completely lacks product development. And when it comes to Electronic Hardware development, India is even worse. It is greatest paradox that India - a country which feels proud of such a huge Software Export of $70 Billion per annum, imports equal amount of Electronic hardware in spite of the fact that almost same kind of workforce is required for these two streams. Hence we at SilCore Technology analyzed the reasons for this. India has globally competitive mechanical expertise in its SMEs but they lack the expertise in embedded electronic development. And in spite of having such huge software base there are very few companies to cater these domestic segment as all Indian IT companies are into catering MNC's for their product developments. Analyzing this we realized that the first phase of IT revolution which took place in past two decades was about supplying man power for developing products to global firms due to wage arbitrage as these were low lying fruits then. But second phase will come through value addition especially by combining software and embedded electronics.Second phase will come when we will integrate different Technical expertise of Indian firms.Hence we started a firm which just caters Research and Development works in the field of electronics and embedded software for local Indian firms and utilizes domain knowledge of theirs in respective fields. This makes us use their expertise and to develop a products which are globally competitive through value addition of novice technologies.
