Creating the character of 'Eva' was a distinctive solution by Urja that helped bring alive HDFC Bank's offerings and engage their consumer impactfully.

HDFC Bank decided to onboard their Loan Account customers. And we decided to get a smart and friendly mascot to do the job. And Eva was born! A series of mailers were created, with Eva offering assistance and introducing customers to HDFC Bank (and services), as "not just your Loan Account…but your very own Bank!"
