• Sounded like a biodata reading, not an answer
• No mention of skills, projects, or direction
• Left the interviewer with zero reason to remember them
✅ What worked instead:
• Led with who they are right now final-year CS student, backend-focused
• Mentioned one real project they’ve built and shipped
• Closed with what they’re looking for next showing direction, not just history
🧠 Here’s what interviewers are actually testing:
• Can you summarize yourself with clarity, under pressure?
• Are you organized, or rambling under stress?
• Do you already know your own value before the technical round even starts?
• A structured answer here sets the tone for the entire interview
