रतन टाटा हमारे बीच नहीं रहे!
भगवान उनकी आत्मा को शांति दें!!
उनकी टाटा कंपनी से जुड़ीं कुछ यादें जो दिल के कोने में सदैव बानी रहेंगी!
बचपन के जयादतर समय धनबाद में बिता! जमशेदपुर भी जाने का अवसर मिला ! बचपन से ही टाटा के बारे में सुना, जब भी झरिआ या धनबाद जाना होता, रास्ते में, जामाडोबा टाटा कोलियरी ऑफिस देखना होत। उनके हैलीपैड को देखता ! भौरा से झरिआ जाने समय कोई कोई अच्छी सड़क मिलती तो हम कहते, लगता है टाटा वाली सड़क शुरू हो गयी! :) कई मेरे बचपन के दोस्त भी थे जिनके पिता टाटा में काम करते थे। उनका टाटा के बारे में बाते करना, फैसिलिटी के बारे में बाते करना दिल को काफी लुभाता था। सोचता था काश मेरे बाबूजी भी टाटा में काम करते :)। हमारे किताबो में भी टाटा के बारे पढ़ना होता की कैसे जमशेदजी टाटा ने जमशेदपुर में पहली बार टाटा स्टील कंपनी की स्थापना की।
जब जमशेदपुर, artificer अपरेंटिस एग्जाम के लिया गया तो देखा की कैसे टाटा ने एक सुन्दर सा शहर बसा दिया है! कई लोग तो जमशेदपुर को मिनी बॉम्बे भी कहते थे! जब पहली बार जमशेदपुर ट्रैन से जा रहा था तो ट्रैन में टाटा परिवार के कई सदस्य भी थे ! यहाँ टाटा परिवार के सदस्य का हमारे साधारण शब्दों में अर्थ एम्प्लॉयी है। मैंने गलती से एक यात्री से पूछ दिया , क्या आप टाटा एम्प्लॉयी हैं? उन्होंने मुझे टोकते हुए कहा, नहीं बेटे, हम टाटा टाटा के सभी एम्प्लॉयी अपने आप को टाटा परिवार के सदस्य के रूप में मानते हैं! आज भी ये शब्द कानो में गूंज जाते हैं!
मेरी व्यक्तिगत जीवन में टाटा का महत्वपूर्ण जगह रहेगा! 2005 में, माँ को कैंसर हो गया, थर्ड स्टेज का कैंसर था ! पैसे भी उतने नहीं थे की बाबूजी किसी बड़े प्राइवेट हॉस्पिटल या विदेश में इलाज के लिए ले जाते! हम सभी
उम्मीद खो चुके थे। तभी टाटा मेमोरियल हॉस्पिटल जमशेदपुर के बारे में पता चला ! कुछ पैसो की मदद कोल् इंडिया से मिली और हम माँ को जमशेदपुर ले गए! लगातार माँ का इलाज टाटा के इस हॉस्पिटल में हुआ और माँ अच्छी हो गयी! बहुत कम पैसे में इलाज हुआ और ये टाटा मेमोरियल हॉस्पिटल में ही संभव हो सका! टाटा का सदैव ऋणी रहूँगा !
टाटा ने अपने बिज़नेस से मानवता की सेवा ही की है!
रतन टाटा ने इस परंपरा को कायम रख।

Some memories related to his Tata company which will always remain in the corner of his heart!
Spent most of my childhood in Dhanbad. Got an opportunity to visit Jamshedpur also! Heard about Tata since childhood, whenever I had to go to Jharia or Dhanbad, on the way, I had to see Jamadoba Tata Colliery office. Look at their helipad! While going from Bhaura to Jharia, if we found any good road, we would say, it seems that the Tata road has started! I also had many childhood friends whose fathers worked in Tata. His talking about Tata and the facility was very captivating. I used to wish that my father also worked in Tata :). In our books also we have to read about Tata, how Jamsetji Tata established the Tata Steel Company for the first time in Jamshedpur.
When Jamshedpur took the Artificer Apprentice exam, we saw how Tata has built a beautiful city! Many people even called Jamshedpur as Mini Bombay! When I was going by train to Jamshedpur for the first time, there were many members of the Tata family in the train. Here Tata family member in our simple words means employee. I accidentally asked a passenger, are you a Tata employee? He interrupted me and said, no son, We, all Tata employees, consider ourselves as members of the Tata family! Even today these words echo in my ears!
Tata will have an important place in my personal life! In 2005, mother got cancer, it was third stage cancer. The money was not enough to take Babuji to any big private hospital or abroad for treatment. we all
Had lost hope. Then I came to know about Tata Memorial Hospital Jamshedpur! We got some financial help from Coal India and we took mother to Jamshedpur. Mother was continuously treated in this hospital of Tata and mother became better. Treatment was done at very low cost and this was possible only at Tata Memorial Hospital! I will always be indebted to Tata!
Tata has served humanity through his business!
Ratan Tata continued this tradition.
