कल जयपुर में हुए प्रदर्शन में युवाओं पर लाठीचार्ज एवं वॉटर कैनन का प्रयोग किया गया था जिसमें घायल हुए एक युवक की आज इलाज के दौरान मृत्यु हो जाना अत्यंत पीड़ादायक है। दिवंगत आत्मा को शांति मिले, शोकाकुल परिवार के साथ मेरी गहरी संवेदना है।

भाजपा सरकार तानाशाही रवैया अपना चुकी है, जिसमें हर प्रदर्शन में अनावश्यक वॉटर कैनन चलाना, लाठीचार्ज करना और पैलेट गन तक का प्रयोग किया जा रहा है। भाजपा सरकारें बात सुनने की बजाय दमन का रास्ता अपनाती हैं। असहमति व्यक्त करना लोकतंत्र में नागरिक का अधिकार है, अपराध नहीं। जहां-जहां भाजपा सरकारें हैं वहीं ऐसा क्यों हो रहा है? कब तक हमारे युवा भाजपा के बल-प्रयोग का शिकार होते रहेंगे?

राज्य सरकार को इस मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच कर दोषियों पर सख्त कार्रवाई करनी चाहिए एवं पीड़ित परिवार को उचित सहायता देनी चाहिए।

अभी देश के इस संकट में हमने वो लोग भी देखे है जो देशहित में नहीं बल्कि पार्टी के गलत होने पर भी चुप है और खिलाफ चल रहे है ऐसे लोग हर दौर में थे जब देश गुलाम था तब भी थे ओर आज की इस हालत में भी है अगर सिर्फ ये सोचो के उस वक्त उन क्रांतिकारियो ने कैसे सह होगा जब उन्हें अंग्रेजों के साथ इन जैसे गद्दारो से भी लड़ना पड़ा था देश बचाने के लिए आजादी हमे रातों रात नहीं मिली थी बहुत खून बहा ओर बहुत कोड़े खाए थे तब जाके देश को गुलामी से दूर किया था ये आज सिस्टम के खिलाफ चलना या अपने हक के लिए आवाज उठाना कितना मुश्किल हो रहा है शरम आनी चाहिए ऐसे लोगों को जो गलत है उनको सपोर्ट कर रहे है आज वहां उन मासूम बेटियों ओर बच्चों के साथ हुआ कल वो आपके बच्चों या आपके साथ हुआ तो क्या होगा हमें देश में हो रहे भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ लड़ना है न कि राजनीति करनी है

दिल्ली पुलिस ने कुछ बताया कि सादे लिबास में ये लोग कौन हैं? किसके भरोसे लाठी लेकर पुलिस के साथ चल रहे थे? इनमें से कई लोग लाठी चलाते दिखे हैं। जहाँ पर हज़ारों जवान वर्दी में थे वहाँ बिना वर्दी वाले कौन लोग हैं? इस पर किसी अख़बार के क्राइम रिपोर्टर ने कुछ लिखा है? लिख सकेगा ?
