Dreams landed, and futures secured! Our campus drive was a whirlwind of talent and opportunity.

The energy was electric at the Faculty of Commerce, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. Thank you to all the 140+ fantastic students who joined our campus drive. We can't wait to welcome the brightest minds to our team!

Thanks to the Collabera GTC and MSU partnership, students and alumni from various departments can now access new opportunities. The Campus drive was a huge success due to the tireless efforts of leaders at Collabera GTC along with Dr. Nandini Kannan, Director of the Office of Corporate Affairs, and Ms. Savitri Chellani, Head of Corporate Affairs.

"Flash" will delve into both the personal and professional highs and lows of Collaberans. It showcases the challenges, triumphs, catharsis, struggles, team bonding, peer and senior support, and much more.

In the first episode, we feature Rakesh Nair, who has been with the sales team for over four years and recounts his topsy-turvy journey on "Flash."

Bhumit has made significant contributions in his seven years at Collabera, excelling in various roles from Lead Talent Acquisition to Associate Manager – Talent Acquisition. Introducing Today's Spotlight: Krunal Patel.

We're excited to present today's Spotlight - Krunal, who has been working with Collabera for eight and a half years, where he started his journey with the Executive - Operations role and reached the Associate Manager role.

He is an "All Rounder" of Operations. He is a Passionate coach and leader. He recently got promoted to Associate Manager Operations with several monthly, quarterly, and Yearly awards under his badge. His team members look up to him for any client query resolution. Within his tenure with Ops, he has served all offices, regions, clients, and portfolios. His team's stats for H2-2023 (June to December) are impressive.

On weekends, Krunal enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching movies, and having dinner. He describes the culture of Collabera as Empathetic.

On maintaining work-life balance, he says, 'Well, this is the most difficult thing to do, and I am still learning the art. One thing I have implemented is when I leave the workplace, I leave the work there. When I am with my family, I don't think about work. I also plan regular outings with family and friends, which keeps me motivated and helps me stay energized and productive.'
