We are a startup company in software product space and developed AccXchange – An electronic data interchange (EDI) system for small and medium enterprises (SMEs). AccXchange enables SMEs to have computer-to-computer real time exchange of business transactions with trading partners such as suppliers and buyers though a network of the companies. AccXchange Client for Windows works on private IP –the
most secured way of computer to computer communication to send and receive data. On this platform, we built first solution for Tally users-one of the most popular accounting application in India. AccXchange facilitates that transactions entered in one Tally server is being transmitted in real-time to buyers/suppliers. The receiver can review and post these transactions in books of account and AccXchange takes care right accounting effect. For example a sale invoice is transmitted to the respective customer and then that customer can review and post this sale invoice as a purchase invoice. We also introduced our first Mobile App on AccXchange platform and that address the unique challenges of petty cash management. A ready Petty Cash Management Solution for Tally users is available for free for five mobile users of any company. The App facilitates petty cash expenses reporting through mobile and AccXchange facilitates to receive vouchers and post into Tally. Initially the App is available on Android platform only and can be downloaded from Google Play and Free Version of AccXchange is available at download.com, #1 software download site of the world.
