Primary role:
• Responsible for strategizing the open positions and extensive sourcing & screening of candidates’ resumes.
• Utilizing the proven technologies and processes to successfully identify potential candidates for prequalification/credentials assessment with the help of Job Boards, social networking sites, Deep web searches, etc.
• Extensively worked on all kinds of job profiles (ERP, Fin
ancials, Enterprise, Technology, Services, and Government etc.).
• Further helped team members with their queries.
• Whenever there was peak rise in the work volume for our team I always helped the team along with my team members to finish that work in the lesser days than the given time. Initiatives and Responsibilities:
• Handling Matrix (MIS) Tool.(the team data is been handled my me. And I send weekly report to the team to get Recruiters feedbacks)
• Handling Employee Referral Spoc (I handle the Employee referral work for our team. I look out for opening in Accenture and coordinate with the HR’s around India and send the job opening to the team so that they can refer the candidate to the respective states and vacancies)
• Handling TPG Team along wit 3 other team members. (TPG team handles fun activities and organizing various games / decoration in the team)
