Key Responsibilities
🔹 Lead Management & Sales
Engage with inbound leads from social media, website, and referrals.
Understand client needs in AI, ML, Data Science, Web Development, and Digital Marketing.
Convert inquiries into sales, follow up, and build long-term relationships.
🔹 Customer Engagement & Coordination
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth onboarding.
Maintain a structured sales pipeline and keep track of lead progress.
Work with internal teams to ensure projects are executed seamlessly.
🔹 Marketing & Growth Support
Assist in developing customized marketing campaigns to attract high-quality leads.
Work on social media outreach & content marketing strategies.
Conduct basic market research to understand industry trends & customer needs.
🔹 Administrative & Operations Support
Maintain client records, contracts, and sales reports.
Assist in organizing webinars, tech demos, and branding activities.
Suggest and implement automation tools to improve lead management.
Qualifications & Experience
✔️ Education: Any degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field). MBA is a plus but not mandatory.
✔️ Experience:
0-2 years for interns & freshers with strong communication skills.
2+ years for experienced candidates in sales, customer support, or digital marketing.
✔️ Skills Required:
✅ Strong verbal & written communication skills (English & Tamil preferred).
✅ Ability to handle leads, follow up, and close deals independently.
✅ Interest in AI, ML, Data Science, and Tech Solutions (Training can be provided).
✅ Basic knowledge of CRM tools, social media, and digital marketing.
✅ Comfortable using LinkedIn, WhatsApp,Insta and Email Marketing for outreach.
