The students coming out of Indian institutions are technically proficient, but lack additional traits such as communication, presentation, confidence and similar soft skills. This is because the colleges are not able to provide the value addition. Most of the Tier 2 & 3 colleges employ teachers who have graduated from their own colleges. Hence most of the lecturers lack industry experience, which

leads to the skill gap. The difference between the skills needed on the job and those possessed by applicants is of real concern to human resource managers and business owners looking to hire competent employees. We employ trainers, from various backgrounds, with a minimum of 10 years experience, to train engineering and management graduates in behavioural skills, communication & presentation skills, team dynamics, business etiquette and cross-cultural adaptability. Our customized soft skills training programs will provide courage and confidence for the students to take on the corporate world. Students trained by us lead the pack when it comes to recognitions, promotions and opportunities.
