We are looking for Dialer Engineer experience preferably in Aspect Dialer, other software Dialers(Avaya, Cisco, Nortel and Genesys) and Automated Call Distribution
Work location - Chennai

Roles & Responsibilities:
Minimum of 1 years hands on experience preferably with Aspect Dialer version 6.6.1 and other Dailer softwares(Avaya, Genesys, Nortel and Cisco).
Monitor calling campaigns to increase right party contact percentages while optimizing the platform.
Maximize outbound dialer efficiency
Create and ensure distribution of daily dialer productivity reporting for all campaign
Create new center and agent profiles, maintain and update profiles as required
Monitor performance and recommend lead segmentation and management strategies
Manage leads as mandated by campaign guidelines
Produce daily business reporting as required by management
Perform special projects and other duties as assigned
Manage and maintain the stability of the dialer servers and system itself.
Minimum of 1 years experience in handling Automated Call Distribution (ACD).
Good understanding in Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and Networking.
Basic understanding of Local Area Network (LAN).
Experience of handling MySQL & SQL Database Server.
Basic understanding of PHP Programming will be an advantage.
Knowledge in Open source Telecom PBX like Asterisk, FreeSwitch. On Linux and PHP .
Good Knowledge in SQL database and DTS package
Good Communication verbal and written communications skills.
