Responsibilities:
1- Outbound Calling: Make calls to prospective or existing clients to promote products, services, or special offers.
2- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets or call quotas set by the company.
3- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and communication.
4- Customer Interaction: Provide detailed information about products or services, handle objections, and close sales or appointments.
5- Record Maintenance: Accurately record call details, customer interactions, and sales activities in the company's CRM system.
6- Reporting: Provide regular updates on call outcomes, sales performance, and customer feedback to management.

Job Description
He will be responsible for increasing our revenue from B2C deals and will primarily spend time doing telephony sales. -

- Generating ideas and proposing new ways to maximize B2C sales is a core expectation in this role.
- This is an individual contribution role with scope for fast progression into people management roles.
- Originates and closes accounts transactions with new, existing and former customers within an assigned target market to develop new business, and retain and pe*****te existing business.

Essential Responsibilities: -

- High level of customer engagement.
- Calling potential members who have expressed an interest in our programs but have not signed up
- Spending time coaching them over call/meetings.
- Walking these potential members through our enrolment process.
- Meeting the daily/weekly/monthly SOP's.

You will be a good fit for this role if: -

- You are comfortable working hands-on in a fast-paced startup environment.-
- You are curious about metrics, ex*****on processes, macro consumer trends and keeping an eye out for details.
