Unique Craft designs unique spaces. Their old card looked like everyone else's.

They showed me cards they liked, all quiet and premium. But their logo was red, so I led with red. They passed.
They were right. I'd designed for their logo, not their taste.

So I went the other way. Restrained grey. Room to breathe.

That's the one they approved a card that finally looks like an architect's

Good work deserves a brand that shows it.

Clients log in, mark their favourite photos, and I get the list directly. One click. Done.

Most clients use it. Some still prefer downloading everything, renaming files manually, and sending them on WhatsApp.

The gallery is a simple way. WhatsApp is a long way.

But people don't always choose what's simple. They choose what they're used to.

And that's the real lesson for anyone building tools, features, or systems. The smartest workflow only works if your audience is ready to switch from their old one.

Habit beats efficiency. Almost every time.

AI-generated captions are everywhere now. Most businesses use them daily.

But here’s something no one talks about. These tools don’t always stay consistent.

They skip phone numbers from CTAs. Add locations that don’t exist. Change hashtag counts without warning. And they do this randomly, even after months of working perfectly.

The problem isn’t the tool. The problem is trusting the output without reading it.
